This year marks Aldersly’s centennial and we are gathering the community to celebrate and raise funds and carry forward the tradition of our Danish founders to ensure that older adults in our region receive the same quality of community and care for the next 100 years!
A great way to support our efforts and the care of older adults in our community is to sponsor our dinner dance. With a goal to welcome 150 community members, this event is a meaningful way to demonstrate your active community involvement and lively philanthropic spirit.
Your sponsorship at this gala will support two funds that represent critical needs at Aldersly. Our unique CARE Fund ensures older adults remain settled in the community throughout their lives. Over the years, Aldersly’s CARE Fund has supplemented housing and other forms of care for many deserving octogenarians and centenarians.
Aldersly’s Memory Wellness Fund provides support to meet the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other memory challenges. Currently, 40-45% of Aldersly residents need or are projected to need memory care services. Over the next 30 years, this number is expected to double, with little to no government funds available to provide financial assistance.
We hope you will join us by supporting the event, inviting friends and family and connecting businesses with us. Let’s celebrate 100 years of serving older adults in our community, and ensure we can do this vital work for 100 more!
